The Knoxville Area Community Theatre has announced that due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19 they have made the difficult decision to hold off on their fall production of Shrek the Musical until 2021. The decision to postpone the fall musical comes after the theatre has already had to cancel their 2020 Summer Theatre Camp as well as their spring comedy Harvey. The theatre says despite the postponements and cancellations they are still looking at possible ways to provide the residents of Knoxville and the surrounding communities with entertainment this fall.
