The second annual Burgers and Beats event presented by Webb Shadle Memorial Library in Pleasantville will be held today. The event will be held at the library from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Residents are invited to bring their own lawn chairs to the back lawn of the library to enjoy special musical guest Luke Farland. Due to COVID-19 and safety concerns, meals will not be provided; instead the library is asking residents to support local restaurants and bring their meals to go, or bring picnics from home and enjoy some great live music.
