Another local student-athlete has decided to join a local collegiate program. Brady Wiseman of Pleasantville will head to the other side of Marion County this fall to join the Central College football team. Wiseman will join the team as a defensive lineman, a very deep position in Central’s program. He says that playing football was a major reason he decided to attend college, and Central offered everything he was looking for in an institution.

“That was one of the main reasons I wanted to go to college, to continue my football career. I was looking at Simpson and Grand View a little bit, and I decided that I liked Central the best out of those choices.”

Wiseman finished his senior season at Pleasantville with 27.5 total tackles, 11 of which were for loss, and four sacks. Wiseman plans to pursue a business degree when he begins classes this fall.
