The Pleasantville City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow. The council will hold discussions regarding tree removals, the city brush dump and franchise fees. They will give consideration and take possible action regarding the approval of a tax abatement for 402 S. Jefferson St. as well as a cost share agreement with Stubbs Propane. They will consider approval of a garbage collection vendor as well as consider approval for a resolution providing for the reduction of the interest rate for a sewer revenue bond. The council will give consideration and take possible action regarding the approval of a LL Pelling quote, levy for library funding and proposal for the annual financial audit. They will  consider a pay application for Iowa Civil Contracting as well as consider a resolution setting a hearing for disposal of 105 E. Dewitt Street. The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at Pleasantville City Hall.
