The Pleasantville City Council met in regular session Tuesday. The council held discussions regarding tree removals, the city brush dump, and franchise fees. They took no action regarding a cost share agreement with Stubbs Propane and approved a resolution providing for the reduction of the interest rate for a sewer revenue bond. The council considered and took no action regarding the approval of a LL Pelling quote, and approved library funding for the annual financial audit. They approved an application for Iowa Civil Contracting, and took no action on a resolution setting a hearing for disposal of the property located at 105 E. Dewitt Street.
