With the 2020 baseball season in the books, the PCM baseball team is looking back on a .500 conference season. The Mustangs finished 7-7 in conference play, good for fifth in the league standings. South Hamilton also finished 7-7, but earned the fourth place spot by virtue of the regular season sweep of PCM.
State qualifier Gilbert was the conference champion with a 12-2 record, with one of the losses coming against PCM. North Polk and Roland-Story finished with the same 9-5 record, though the Comets swept the Norsemen in the regular season for the second place tiebreaker.
Saydel was the sixth place team at 6-8. Nevada and Greene County each finished 3-11, with the teams splitting the season series to earn the seventh place tie.
The Mustangs finished 7-9 overall, and graduates six seniors.
