Our number four sports story for the 2019/2020 school year from Melcher-Dallas was the resurgence of the Saints Volleyball Program. In 2016, the Saints went 0-20. Since then, Melcher-Dallas has steadily improved and posted its first winning season since 2013 finishing 15-8, and winning the Eastern Division of the Bluegrass Conference. The Saints were led by Kynser Reed, Haley Godfrey and Grace Overgaard all had over 100 kills on the season. The Saints lost just two seniors from this season’s team.
