Knoxville Parks and Recreation has announced upcoming recreation programs in September and October.

Children ages 3-5 and Kindergarten through 1st grade can take part in the fall soccer camp. Participants will learn the fundamentals and rules of soccer. The camp costs $30 and runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 15th through October 1st.

1st and 2nd graders can participate in the youth flag football camp, which will also be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from September 15th through October 1st. The registration deadline for the soccer and flag football camps is September 2nd.

Group swim lessons will also take place throughout September and October. The cost is $32 per month. The registration deadline for the September session is September 1st, while the deadline for October lessons is October 6th.

The Knoxville Recreation Center staff reminds everyone that all youth sports and swim lessons are subject to change due to COVID-19.
