The Indianola City Council meets in regular session Monday, which will include a study session that will review the plans for the city streetscape project. The council will consider a zoning regulation amendment, amendments to the city code of ordinances in regards to the codification project, and give direction to city staff regarding the Capital Improvement Program before going into closed session to discuss real estate. The council will also go into closed session to review the streetscape project, with the plans including a change in traffic from one-way to two-way, and changing parking on the outside of the square to parallel. No official policies will be made at the study session, however direction will be given to staff on how to proceed. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall, and will be broadcast live over YouTube and Zoom Meeting.
