The current senior class for the Knoxville Volleyball Squad is 18-0 in conference matches and has a goal of winning six more times and finishing a perfect career in conference play. In fact, dating back to the final match in the 2016 season their freshman year, the Panthers are on a 19 match winning streak in the South Central Conference. Coach Mollie Keitges knows the Panthers will have a huge target on their backs this season.
Keitges:
“I think Eddyville is going to be super tough, and anytime you play in Davis County and in that gym is always tough and I think Albia coming off the softball season will have confidence. We have some tough matches to look forward to, but I have some girls that are pretty motivated to defend their title as well.”
The Panthers first conference match will be August 31st at Albia.
