Pella High School is preparing for students to return to the building this Thursday as the 2020-21 academic year begins.
Principal Adam Beckel says they have set up several precautions relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, with additional sanitation stations available, and masks required for all students and staff.
Beckel says the high school can be especially challenging, with students often intermingling due to different electives and activities, but he’s hopeful the kids and their families will pitch in to make in-person classes as successful as possible.
