The Melcher-Dallas Volleyball Squad went on the road Tuesday night and stayed unbeaten with a three sets to none victory over Mormon Trail 25-10, 26-24 and 25-16. Kynser Reed, Kenzie Smith, and Grace Overgaard all collected eight kills on the night. The Saints were on point serving with Kacey Enfield going 15/15 with four aces, Karlee Lovell also was perfect in 15 service attempts with seven aces, and Reed was 14/14. Riley Enfield handed out 14 assists. Both Reed and Riley Enfield tell KNIA Sports the conference title and moving on the postseason are some accomplishments they want to get.

Kynser Reed:
We want to win the conference and go as deep as we can in the postseason, because that’s where we’ve struggled is in the postseason.”

Riley Enfield:
“Us just getting better as we play, and us moving on in the postseason because we’ve really struggled to win postseason games.”

The Saints are 2-0 overall and in conference and head to Moulton-Udell on Thursday. Hear more from Kynser Reed Riley Enfield and Kenzie Smith on tonight’s Radio Sports Page at 6:00pm on KNIA.
