The Knoxville Volleyball Squad is headed into an unusual portion of its schedule. The Panthers have no matches scheduled for this week and will not be in action until next Tuesday September 15th when they travel to Davis County to continue South Central Conference play. Coach Mollie Keitges tells KRLS Sports after the start of the season, which was a loss to Oskaloosa, some of the girls were able to adjust to being in a varsity sport for the first time in nearly five months because spring sports was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Keitges:
It wasn’t necessarily nervous/scared jitters, it was more like a nervous/anxious feeling that this needs to be perfect, so I think that may have contributed.”

Knoxville stands at 7-1 on the season and will take this week to work on areas that need improvement.
