The Twin Cedars Sabers finally debuted Friday night after being shut down for the first two weeks of the season due to COVID-19. The Sabers 2020 season opener started off on the right foot with Kade Dunkin picking off a Winfield-Mt. Union pass and taking back for a score…but that was the only highlight of the night for the Sabers as they fell 62-to-six. Coach Cam Parker told KRLS Sports his tam struggled to get the offense going against a much bigger Winfield-Mt. Union club. Twin Cedars is oh-and-one and will host Tri-County next week.
