Crossroads of Pella is once again hosting a program to help seniors transition into retirement. The Welcome to Medicare seminar will be held on Tuesday, September 29th at the Pella Community Center at 5:30 p.m. Twila Haverly is a Senior Health Insurance Information Program counselor in Pella, and says the program will cover the basic components of the federal health insurance program available to retirees over the age of 65. Registration is required by today to ensure social distancing can be followed by calling 628-1212. Masks will be required at the Welcome to Medicare event.
