A fifth death related to COVID-19 was reported to Marion County Public Health Monday. The individual was over the age of 80.

Over the weekend, 21 new positive cases were confirmed to Marion County Public Health, with 55 considered active and 677 recoveries. The county’s positive test rate is at 11.03% and six residents are hospitalized with the virus.
