The Melcher-Dallas Cross Country Squads will get to Eddyville for a meet today. Girls runner J’Lyn Knutson is currently ranked 30th in the Iowa Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association class 1A individual rankings. Coach Amy Stuart tells KNIA Sports she is starting to round into where she was late last season and hopes to keep getting better physically as the bigger meets loom on the schedule.
