pleasantville-3

Trojan cross country, fresh off their lone home meet of the year last Monday, heads to Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont tonight.

Head coach Aaron Fichter’s squads look to rebound after a subpar performance last week. Hailee McCormick set a season best with her first top five finish, but only had one other girl, Emmie Kenyon, barely crack the top 25. For the boys, Devon Luing was running in the top three until an injury mid-race slowed him down and had to settle for 16th. His teammate, Jenkin Fulmer, got the best of him for the first time with an 11th place finish.

Tonight’s festivities begin at 4:30 at EBF High School in Eddyville.

Pleasantville volleyball was also scheduled to compete tonight at Ogden, but it has now been postponed to October 6th. It’s the second outing in a week to be postponed to early October for the Trojans.
