The Melcher-Dallas Cross Country Squad is back on the course today with a meet in Moravia. The Saints lone girls runner, J’Lyn Knutson placed an uncharacteristic eighth on Tuesday battling a slight cold, and hopes her health is better tonight for a run at the Preserve Golf Course. Coach Amy Stuart tells KNIA Sports Knutson has been rounding out into shape this season and hopes to be in the best shape she has been in since before her hip injury last season.
