Pella’s award-winning theatre troupe, Union Street Players, earned recognition from the Iowa Community Theatre Association.

During their Awards of Excellence live stream, the leads from USP’s production of “Beauty and the Beast” were honored for excellence for Ensemble in a Musical. Lonnie Appleby, Mark Schaefer, Denise Gregory, Porter Haug, Jana De Zwarte, and Lynn Cooper were among those listed on the award.
