The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce has announced its participation in United Way of Central Iowa’s 21-Day Equity Challenge. This program is designed to help communities develop a deeper understanding of how inequity and racism affect society.
Participants can register to receive an email each weekday from this Monday, October 5th through November 2nd which will include readings, videos and podcasts on how to take action. Numerous topics will be covered throughout the program.
Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Director Hannah Vander Veer encourages all businesses and community members to register for this challenge to help bring these issues to light in the city of Knoxville.
