The PCM cross country team will get a preview of what’s to come in the Heart of Iowa Conference meet on Monday when they head to the site of that meet tonight for the final regular season meet. The Mustangs travel to Saydel for an invitational featuring 12 other schools this afternoon. It’ll be PCM’s first meet in over a week, with their most recent race taking place last Tuesday in Knoxville. Senior Beau Webb has steadily improved his times throughout the season, and says he’s working to be in his best shape by the time postseason races get underway.

Racing begins at 4:30 p.m. at Saydel High School in Des Moines.
