Last week, the Trojans finished with a four game losing streak. On Tuesday, it grew to five after a home loss to West Central Valley 3-1 (25-18, 18-25, 25-19, 25-19).
The Trojans are now back to .500 on the year with a 10-10 record and one regular season contest remaining.
Head Coach Joel Allman gave praise to Adi Adreon for setting the ball and giving her teammates opportunities to kill, namely Amber McKinney and Breanna Benge, but the team as a whole struggled with getting the ball on the floor. It caught up to them after winning the first set as they dropped the next three.
The Trojans are back in action for the final time in the regular season on Thursday as they host ACGC, ironically just one day before the football game hosts ACGC to open the playoffs. The result of that game will determine if the girls will finish over or under .500 in 2020.
