The Warren County Board of Supervisors met in special session Friday. The board discussed a possible restructuring of the Warren County Emergency Management Commission, including hiring an Emergency Communications Supervisor and Radio Technician, as well as putting the dispatchers under the commission rather than the Board of Supervisors. No action was taken, and the board agreed to further look into a possible transition.

The board also tabled the participation in a study for regional broadband through the Des Moines Partnership, discussed an addition to the IT staff, and the 911 Communications Project bonds.
