The council approved resolutions regarding the Urban Renewal Plan, approved the contract for the E Iowa Ave Paving Project, the purchase of an aerial apparatus for the Indianola Fire Department, and the site plan for Vice Construction. The council also met in a study session, discussing the five-year capital improvement plan.
