The emergency room at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will undergo a renovation. The renovation will focus on increasing privacy and mental health facilities. To help offset costs, the hospital will host an online fundraiser. Several incentives will be offered, including grand prize drawings. Director of Foundation and Public Relations Kevin Stittsworth says that there are donation tiers which include gift packages.

“Someone who gives between $100 and $250 will have an I Choose Knoxville package, which includes movie tickets to the Grand Theatre, Baggio’s gift certificates, a Candi’s gift certificate, A&P, Coffee Connection, and Ramaeker’s. Anyone that $250 to $500, there will be a nice Peace Tree Brewing Company gift package. And anyone that gives over $500 will be entered into a drawing for a Knoxville Raceway VIP package. Thank you to all of these sponsors, as well as many others who has stepped up. We’re really excited about this.”
