The second of two Democratic Ridin’ with Biden campaign caravans will be held Saturday in Knoxville. At 9:30 a.m., participants will meet to decorate vehicles behind Mr. C’s parking lot on Highway 14. 

The caravan will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will tour around the city. Masks are encouraged and social distancing will be followed.
