A Runnells man has pled guilty to a felony charge following a domestic incident in August. 51-year-old Donald Tomlinson, a previously convicted felon, allegedly intimidated his bedridden mother, who’s care he was partially responsible for, with a dangerous weapon.

Tomlinson changed his plea of not guilty to guilty of the charge of felon in possession of a firearm, and a trial is set for December 10th at the Marion County Courthouse.
