The Knoxville Chapter of Rotary International held an event Saturday at the Knoxville HyVee as part of the organization’s mission to eradicate polio. Rotary District 6000 Governor Steve Dakin joined local Knoxville Rotarians by riding a stationary bicycle to encourage donations.

Every dollar donated is matched by two dollars from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Rotary Club will again be at the Knoxville HyVee this Saturday to continue the fundraising efforts.
