The Marion County Joint Task Force for COVID-19 released its weekly update as it relates to the pandemic.

There were 72 new positive tests of COVID-19 since October 19th. Currently, there are 82 active cases and 958 recoveries, as the total number of cases has surpassed 1,000. There have been 10 fatalities attributed to the virus, and the two-week average positive test rate is at 11.5%.

There are six Marion County Residents hospitalized with COVID-19.
