Melcher-Dallas Runner J’Lyn Knutson already has one big goal for this Saturday’s class 1A State Cross Country Meet, just have fun. She wants to do as well as she can, but having a positive attitude after her health ordeal the last year has made her appreciate the fact that she is able to run at the State Meet for a fourth straight year.

Knutson:
“I just want to go out and have the best race that I can run and have no regrets. Everything else is just a cherry on top.”
