The Simpson football team put up 48 points in the first half and put up nearly 700 yards of total offense in a blowout at Buena Vista in 2018, in a game where the broadcasters could see little of the field with the windows of the press box icing over in the cold weather. Cam Bunting rushed for 254 yards on the day, and Tanner Krueger threw five touchdown passes to five different receivers.
