The final fall sports athletes at Pella High School with their seasons still alive are heading to the state swimming qualifying meet this weekend.
The Pella swimmers with the NCMP Newton Aquagirls will be heading to Southeast Polk to try and find bids to state. Hannah Nedder is an automatic qualifier already in the 100 yard butterfly, and wants to add relays to join her — Nedder and teammate Natalie Boll both say offseason training was made more difficult due to the pandemic, but they continued to work hard to put themselves in the best position possible for this weekend.

State qualifying is this weekend, and those who do advance state meet on November 13th and 14th at the Marshalltown YMCA/YWCA.
