Like every other football squad in Iowa this fall, Knoxville was faced with several extra things to be mindful of and new responsibilities. From mitigations for COVID-19 to finding different ways to prepare for opponents, the Panthers and everyone else experienced a season like none other. Coach Eric Kellar tells KRLS Sports while it was a little extra effort to keep the season going and to be able to play each week. The players were grateful to have played the games they did.
Knoxville had a record of 1-7 and were able to play all games on its schedule.
