The Twin Cedars Football Squad spent one season in a district that was very unfamiliar to many fans. The Sabers had to deal with Winfield-Mount Union, New London, and WACO to name a few. Coach Cam Parker tells KRLS Sports he hopes to have a more local district to play in plus have a certain rival on the schedule.

That rival Parker is referring too is Melcher-Dallas. The Sabers were not scheduled to play the Saints this season, but after opting out of the eight-man playoffs this season the two Marion County rivals played each other at the end of the season with Twin Cedars falling 46-0.
