The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday. They will hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Knoxville Park Lane Urban Renewal Area. They will then consider the approval of a resolution to declare necessity and establish this urban renewal area.

They will consider the approval of a resolution authorizing internal advance for funding of the urban renewal project. They’ll consider a resolution approving a plat of survey for a parcel of land. They’ll consider the approval of a resolution to purchase real estate and acceptance for property owned by Competine Creek LLC and Steven Everly. They’ll also consider the approval of the police canine purchase.
