Students from area schools will participate in the Iowa State Dance Team Association’s State Championships tomorrow through Thursday at Wells Fargo Arena and HyVee Hall in Des Moines. Dancers from Knoxville, Pella, Pella Christian, PCM, Pleasantville and Indianola are all scheduled to participate.

This competition includes both team and solo performances, with a virtual awards ceremony taking place on December 5th.

Dancers from Pleasantville and Pella Christian will perform Tuesday. Knoxville and PCM dancers will perform Wednesday. Pella and Indianola dancers perform on Thursday.

The ISDTA is offering admission to the performances in person, online, or on demand. Those attending in person will be required to follow health and safety protocols. Find the competition schedule for all three days here.
