Central College has announced it has completed fundraising for its $18-million Forever Dutch Initiative. Following the announcement, the college approved proceeding with the third and final phase of the renovation and expansion of P.H. Kuyper Gymnasium and surrounding athletic facilities. Athletics Communications Director Larry Happel says that it’s an exciting time for the athletic department, and that the end of the project is in sight.

The renovation and expansion features enhanced locker room, weight room and office facilities, giving student-athletes the best possible experience. Construction is tentatively scheduled to be completed in April 2021. Read the full release here: Forever-Dutch-announcement-11-16-20
