The Indianola City Council met in regular and a study session Monday evening. The council approved a rezoning of land, a budget amendment, and authorized bond refunding. The council also approved requests for plat surveys, and approved the certification of the TIF debt. The council also met in a study session after the regular meeting concluded, receiving the library annual report, and reviewing the City of Indianola Trail Plan.
