The Pella City Council will hold their regular meeting one hour sooner this evening.

Council will consider an administrative request to set a public hearing for December 1st to review a Ground Lease with Weiler Transportation, Inc. at the Pella Municipal Airport.

Council will also review resolutions establishing a public hearing for January 5th to review bids for outside service drops as it relates to the Pella Fiber to the Premise Network, and for 28E agreements with Mahaska County for improvements and maintenance of 250th Avenue near the new Lely North America Headquarters.

A review of the Urban Renewal Report and the first reading of an ordinance for the first phase of tax increment financing for the South Main housing development are also on the agenda.
