
A Melcher-Dallas man faces multiple charges following a search Saturday evening. At 7:14 p.m., officers served a warrant at the residence of 37-year-old Justin Dennis Graham in the 500 block of NE 2nd Street in Melcher-Dallas.
During the search, officers located approximately seven grams of methamphetamine, a scale used to weigh narcotics, a black box containing methamphetamine in small individual packaging along with $260 in cash, multiple devices used to ingest narcotics, approximately five grams of marijuana, and approximately one gram of a yellow substance that appeared to be THC concentrates.
Other paraphernalia was found during the search, including tubing and butane gas canisters. Graham’s child was present during the search. All illegal substances and paraphernalia were located in an area easily accessible by a child, putting the child at substantial risk.
Graham was arrested and taken into custody at the Marion County Jail. He faces felony charges of possession of controlled substance third or subsequent offense, intent to deliver, and multiple other controlled substance charges.
