The Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation recently concluded the drawing portion of its online fundraiser toward the emergency room renovation project. Director of Foundation and Public Relations Kevin Stittsworth says that while the initial effort raised approximately $82,000, fundraising is far from over.

“We’re still fundraising for the renovation, we’re just actually beginning. There’s some exciting things we’re going to do with the renovation. The website is still open, people can donate online, or they can send a check to me, or if they have questions, they can call me. We’re really excited about the things that we have planned for the ER.”
