Knoxville Raceway was recently named the host of a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race in July 2021. Marketing Director Kendra Jacobs says ticket sales are going well, and Raceway staff expect attendance numbers to be close to normal next year.
“We’re expecting a really big crowd. Everything we’re doing now is in the plans that COVID is not like it is now, and we’re all praying and very hopeful for that. We’re just looking forward to a great weekend. We’re having the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Friday, July 9th, and Saturday, July 10th will be the non-wing sprint cars and the 410 winged sprint cars. It is going to be a huge, great weekend for every race fan that has any interest in seeing cars on dirt. You’re getting a wide variety that weekend.”
Along with this NASCAR race, Knoxville Raceway has a full 2021 schedule released, which includes the 60th running of the NOS Energy Drink Knoxville Nationals presented by Casey’s. Find a full schedule, as well as a link to ticket sales here.
