The Marion County Courthouse elevator project is complete, and county departments will begin the transition back from East Elementary today. Many services will be unavailable through Friday, including the offices of:

– Auditor
– Treasurer
– County Attorney
– Recorder
– Accessor
– Zoning

While these departments will be closed, the Clerk of Court office will remain open. Those with court scheduled are advised to contact their attorneys to make sure their hearing is on as scheduled.

Operations at the courthouse will resume as normal on Monday.
