The 2020-2021 season begins tonight for the Norwalk wrestling team, as the Warriors will stay at home to host a double dual with Ballard and Dallas Center-Grimes. Norwalk is ranked #7 in 3A by The Predicament, and returns six of last year’s eight state qualifiers.

Five individuals enter the season ranked, including senior Grant Harbour, ranked #2 at 138. Senior Landon Card is #7 at 145, senior Cade Schmidt is #5 at 170, senior Tristan Duncan is #3 at 182, and sophomore Maddux Borcherding-Johnson is ranked third at heavyweight.

The meet begins at 5:30 p.m. inside the Norwalk High School gymnasium.
