The Iowa DNR has released their Impaired Waters report for 2020, detailing Iowa waterways that do not meet state water quality standards. According to the Iowa DNR, several Warren and Marion County rivers and creeks have been listed as “Category 5 Impairments”, which means the water does not meet quality standards for intended use, and will require a water quality improvement plan.

South Skunk
Muchakinock Creek
