The Norwalk girls enter the non-conference contest on the heels of a comeback victory on Friday over Pella Christian, in which the Warriors let a sizable lead slip away, only to gain it back in the final minute. Head Coach Jill Martin says that the Huskies are a young team that will be hungry for their first win.
Winterset is so far winless, but gave #7 Bondurant-Farrar a battle on the road Friday evening. The Huskies started the season ranked 13th in Class 4A, but dropped out of the rankings after the 0-2 start.
A pair of 1-1 teams meet up in the boys game. The Warriors found their stride in a dominant win over Pella Christian Friday evening after a rocky start to the year.
