The Knoxville School Board met in regular session Monday. They approved a recommendation from Boyd Jones to award a precast concrete bid package to MPC Enterprises, a polyurethane top coating track resurfacing project, and the expansion of the school’s live streaming capabilities.

Following the meeting, the board held a work session with the Knoxville City Council to discuss matters involving the Knoxville VA campus development project. Council members showed support of a concept offered by Confluence which includes school property. No action was taken.

The next Knoxville School Board meeting will be Monday, January 11th.
