Those dreaming of a White Christmas are out of luck for the seventh year in a row. Despite light snow falling over most of central Iowa Wednesday, the National Weather Service definition is one inch of snow on the ground or falling on December 25th. State Climatologist Justin Glisan says there’s typically a 4-in-10 chance for a White Christmas south of Interstate 80 in Iowa.
