The Pella City Council will consider approving a contract for service drop lines to homes and businesses for Pella Fiber at their meeting Tuesday. A public hearing will be held for two resolutions that would adopt the estimate of costs and consider three bids that would connect 2,000 customers to gigabit internet service over the course of 2021. The engineer’s estimated cost was $1.41 million.
